2010 TORCH Foundation Silent Auction
Our first Silent Auction, held last year at the TORCH Annual Conference, was a success and allowed us to award four
education scholarships and stipends to promising students and rural hospital staff. We hope that this year’s Silent
Auction will be even better and will help us expand the TORCH Foundation Scholarship program. Our goal is to provide even
more scholarship and stipend opportunities in 2010!
We are now accepting donations for the 2010 TORCH Foundation Silent Auction. We invite you to participate and make a
donation. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your support and receive special recognition among our members through
this exciting event. We count on your support to make this event successful! Then, join us at the Hotel Inter-Continental at
the 2010 TORCH Annual Conference to bid and bid often! The winners will be announced Thursday, April 15th during the
evening reception. Please see this form for donation instructions.
This is an important program and we encourage you to participate in its growth!

made possible by the generous donations and participation in our first Silent Auction held last year during the TORCH Annual
Conference. The 2009 recipients are:

Rural Healthcare Internship Stipend
Matthew Wylie, Summer Internship at Uvalde Memorial Hospital

These scholarship recipients will be formally recognized in April 2010 at the TORCH Annual Conference 20th Anniversary
