Quang Ngo

Quang Ngo is the president and chief executive officer of the TORCH Foundation, a nonprofit affiliate of TORCH. Quang
has over eight years of rural health experience and program development, having worked at the State Office of Rural Health, overseeing the State's Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program, prior to joining TORCH two and a half years ago. He has a background in basic science research (molecular biology and genetics), philosophy, public health policies, health services organization and health policies. Quang also serves as the director of project and fund development for TORCH. Quang attended Trinity University for his undergraduate studies and UT Health Sciences Center School of Public Health for his graduate studies.

Dawn is the director of education services for TORCH and TORCH
Foundation. She has a Master's degree from George Washington University, with a background in national security policy and defense, as well as political science, public affairs and international relations. Dawn also has experience in advocacy and legislative process (having worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.), as well as events planning.

Robin Myrick is an Austin-based writer and consultant, currently working grant writer for the TORCH Foundation. Robin holds an MFA in Writing and Critical Studies from California Institute of the Arts, and has more than 20 years of experience working in and with nonprofit organizations. To date she has raised over $12 million for grant projects in Texas, from local, state, federal and corporate funders.
